Do you think people are crazier who work out jogging in 100 degree weather or when it's Sub-Zero temps outside and snowing hard? 100 Degrees. You could have a Heat Stroke jogging in 100 degrees weather. Nothing going to happen to you if you Jog in 40 - 50 degree weather.
