Base 616 Thanos vs Base 616 Hulk and Base 616 Thor

Current Thor and Hulk have both fought Thanos fairly evenly on their own. Together I believe they will win without much trouble.

In the same comic that had Thanos directly fighting death, it had Thanos fighting Current Hulk and they were kinda close.

Thanos still. The Hulk was a depowered Thanos, Dr strange took his powers and was never mentioned to have gotten it back in the first encounter he pimpslapped Hulk to a Koed.

Has Thor and Hulk improved that much, they can now beat Thanos as a pair or did Hulk or Thor had any amp after the post core and OF?

But no they havent really got powerful enough that a well written thanos loses, ron Marz is the best thanos writer lately

Tbf we have the author of that run being asked about that fight and explaining that in his own interpretation of Thorforce it's a power up that's supposed to be activated rather than being a passive amp like under Ewing, and Thor explicitly wasn't using it against Thanos for plot reasons, because he would've easily won with it

Basically some writers just know jack shit about Thor outside of their own stories and therefore treat him like a normal Avenger Thor as opposed to the All-Father he's been for some time now. I'd say based on this Thor's showings from his own books should hold more validity, because they're written by people who have to do some research on him and can't just make up their own rules as they go (for the most part).

Anyway, current Thor and Hulk has fought twice now and both times have been shown to be relative, so Thor should scale to Hulk's own fights with Thanos, which should put all 3 of them roughly on the same level.

I took this to mean he didnt have time to use it, but this doesnt necessarily mean he would have beaten thanos, not at all , remember Thanod has fought against the actual Odin force Odin and this was when he was much weaker then now

I will accept that writers dont always know what they are doing ,but this probably could be applied EVEN MORE to Thanos, he has been written horribly, his fights are vad , like a brick, he does t use ajy other esoteric powers ,levitation, magic, force field , teleport, TP or TK or matter manipulation , and they nerf his blasts, remember he sent galactus flying miles

If he was written competently then he would TP hulk against thor

@guavara: They are so good, the trilogy of Silver surfer rebirth, warlock rebirth and silver surfer rebirth legacy are great , It the closest we will get to starlin thanos in both writing and looks, as the lim style thanos very familer ,especially when starlin writes him
