Scraper Offline

Hello.

Wanted to inquire if anyone else has been unable to use the comic vine scraper in comic rack or YAC reader lately?

It would say there's a problem reaching the database after so many searches but as of now it will not reach the database at all.

Is this an ongoing problem for anyone else and if so is it being resolved?

I have the same problem and also with comictagger.

I have been receiving "The comicvine database could not be reached" error since 9/26.

I have tried to request a new API key and get a "500: Internal Server Error" at the website.

I have emailed support@comicvine.com twice.

Any other scrapers work well?

Apologies as I haven't looked at the support queue in a while because of various business priorities. This should be fixed now though according to an engineer.

So this is happening to me now has I'm trying to scrape my library. The fact that this seems to happen a lot is there some kind of DOS going on?
