Is Mihawk the most lowballed character in One Piece?

Mihawk is stated to have sent the World’s strongest slash at Whitebeard (admittedly, it’s kinda iffy since Jozu tanked it, however maybe his durability is just that high up compared to the rest of his stats);

Mihawk is, again, stated be to the WSS, SPECIFICALLY strength, the fact that he has the strongest sword (Yoru) and that he waits for a strong enough challenger;

It‘s implied that Shanks and Mihawk were once equals back in the day, but not anymore;

Shanks, Vista, Oden, Rayleigh, Roger, Cavendish, Law, Zoro, Shiryu, Kaku and Hachi are all described as swordsmen along with Mihawk…by Oda directly (yk what that means);

The lexis of “strongest” is what’s been used for his WSS title, rather than “greatest” or “skilled” each time. There is also the fact that guys like Shanks & Rayleigh consistently unsheathe their swords when releasing much stronger bursts of Conqueror’s Haki, which implies that there’s a direct link (as swords in OP are used as stronger mediums of haki emission/offence for swordsmen):

Mihawk cuts Aokiji’s mountain-sized iceberg/frozen tsunami with a casual air pressure slash (CH561);

It’s also important to consider that sword slashes get weaker the further out they travel (CH777);

So the true power of Mihawk’s slash is likely orders of magnitudes above what was shown.

Byrnndi World states the enhanced cannon (same one Mihawk negged) would destroy Mary Geoise in an instant:

Byrnndi World’s devil fruit enhances both the size and speed of an attack by 100fold each - said speed boost directly amplifies power;

For Mihawk to have successfully saved the marines there, he would’ve completely overpowered its KE/momentum and destroyed the cannon without it causing any net damage in the direction it was heading to.
