Can Deku (at full power) rep the KE based on the visuals? He has equal distance to accelerate the strike (if that’s a factor in question).
I’d say so. First of all, mid tiers like Captain Celebrity can lift large objects like cruise ships:
Lifting the spear wouldn’t be an issue for Deku.
Second, a single attack from base Shigaraki sent Deku flying roughly 53.19km all the way from Shizuoka to Mount Fuji:
Another example would be Weakened All Might.
Despite being past his daily limit, then suffering from his weak spot being targeted . Weakened All Might can send Nomu flying 400 meters away:
So I’m confident Deku using like Fa Jin + 100% would absolutely be able to rep that throw.

You look at things like the size of the cloud that Deku cleared out in base while weakened:
Then we can look at Quirk’s like Fa-Jin which act as a stat booster. This allows Deku to build up kinetic energy through repetitive movements then releasing it as powerful bursts of speed, power, and energy:
Combine Fa-Jin + 100% with the strength already discussed and that’s more than enough to recreate that throw.
