The basis for my list is that in most scenarios the higher ability will beat the lower ones with a competent user, and just general utility, lethality and resistances.

Hisagi is unbelievaby overpowered with his True Shikai and Bankai-it actually might be top 5 because it essentially forces stalemate even with characters that outstat him by a ridiculous margin-any margin that isn’t straight up a dimensional tiering really

"The Wind"

There are niche abilties which could probably deal with the Wind but it’s absolutely overpowered. Any ability which ignores durability is gonna be overpowered-and one that doesn’t allow you to be attacked even when you can’t see the attacker is insane.

Canonically, speeds of Kirinji’s level can’t deal with Nianzol’s ability.

Toshiro and Rukia just cane to mind now that might knock it down

@ninjarizer: Hogyoku no. 2?(lower) kototsu no 9?(lower) KS no 17?(higher).

Hogyoku is number 2 because if you give it to anyone competent it beats all of the hax below it.

Overpowers Ichimonji. It warps reality like the Visionary already. Grants power strong enough to break out of Senjumaru’s Bankai. Stalemates the Miracle, can kill X-Axis as Aizen can hit intangibles.

Kokotsu is that high because it one shots everyone in Bleach except Aizen or anyone who’s ageless.

KS is high but it’s only high because of Aizen. Aizen‘s KS can only be 15, because Azashiro already saw through it.

@ninjarizer: thank god the Kirijin thing isn’t canon anymore. But what is canon is you being able to deal with The Wind via blitz.

There are many abilities that are definitely stronger or at least debatable when compared to The Wind. I can name several from each race.

Fullbringers: Book of the End is definitely better. Aura’s power as well. Time Tells No Lie is debatable.

Arrancars: Roka’s threads definitely is superior extremely underrated just like Roka as a whole. Baraggan’s sentience is also better.

Shinigami: The strongets elemental users are better. I’d say Kinshara Butodan is better too.

Quincy: The Zombie, The Gluttony, The Fear and The Superstar are all debatable IMO.

I'm taking this list as something in-verse, but if we're going cross-verse, Reiatsu Crush definitely gets at least the top 10.

@ninjarizer: Hogyoku only realizes wishes within the user's power. meaning give it to chars like kira or tetsuzaemon and it's useless against god-tiers except making him more resistant.it's just resistant to ichimonji depending on the amount of pieces of SK fragments it was fed. nothing as impressive as visionary man in terms of reality warping, Hogyoku can break of out senju's bankai? stalesmates the miracle? hit intangibles? am guessing kotosu for that(which i don't believe is intangible but whatever).

Kotosu can be negged by anyone with Greater reiatsu than It.

Yea i know tokinada's KS isn't all that but Aizen's clearly isn't as it could troll the no 1 of this list.

Why and how did Hogyoku get to number 2??
