Fuck it, Play Capture The Flag
The regular match objectives are thrown out and replaced with Capture The Flag.
Main stipulations are:
- The flag spawns at the default team starting locations (in this case the usual default 100m is replaced with 1000m instead) emitting a massive laser that can be seen from space. If it is taken and then dropped for longer than 5 seconds without any of the enemy team making subsequent contact with the flag, it then respawns at the starting location.
- The home team's flag cannot be moved nor interfered with in any possible manner by the home team themselves. It's also totally indestructible and cannot be destroyed nor BFR'd, basically any attempt to mess with the flag by the home team is illegal, though they can cover/hide the position around where it is. The opposing flags can only be moved with physical contact I.E. no constructs, external tech like tractor beams or whatever, etc.
- The Winner is determined by the opposing flag being brought to the home team's flag and them making physical contact with each other.
-Defenders can still be killed, but will respawn 30 seconds later at their starting position. This also applies to BFR/incap but does not account for KO's.
You are given 10 character points and 15 perk points to be spent exclusively on their respective fields (unless certain perks are obtained to excuse otherwise)
Win by Death, Incap, or KO. Standard Gear.
DC Characters are composite Post Crisis New 52 and Rebirth, standard power levels. Marvel is 616 and current unless directly stated otherwise.
Unless otherwise stated Wildstorm characters are allowed their feats from DC comics.
Manga characters are manga/anime/novel.
Dragon Ball characters are restricted up to Cell Saga and are manga/anime, no movie feats.
Video Game Characters are BANNED. We collectively agreed that the current metas on them are so wildly inconsistent that they can't be debated accurately at this level. While I appreciate the work towards trying to refine their power levels, there's too much conflicting info for us to take it at face-value.
Star Wars is EU: Everyone is also allowed their canon feats and are current.
No reality-warping (powers that may fall under this or have some association will be dealt with on a case by case basis due to the broad/vague nature of reality-warping).

Immortality is allowed but if a character has their all physical presence on the battlefield destroyed then they are considered to be TKO'd and are out of the fight.
Characters without a tangible physical form are not allowed (I.E. ghosts, conceptual forms, etc) though intangibility by itself is fine.
Time Jumping, remnants, and speeding up or rewinding one's own time is allowed. Other forms of time manipulation are banned.
Battlefield Removal (BFR) is allowed but has a time limit of one minute.
Characters cannot be argued or amped above Star (Sun size) Busting and Picosecond speeds under any circumstances. Any example of this being broken will result in a immediate disqualification, no questions asked. Hax will similarly be judged under this scale when necessary.
Character requests are completely fine! I will need either a fully cited RT or at least a majority of the feats that said character has, however, alongside full disclosure on how strong you think they are. This will include ranking the characters according to yourself (using the roster already provided) and/or giving us examples of what you wish to argue them as. If I discover that you've hidden feats that are off-limits, are beyond the estimates provided or that break rules, I will provide a immediate disqualification, no questions asked.
Posts should be done within the space of 10 days. Extensions must be requested ahead of time: please be reasonable about these if you do end up asking for one because I'm not going to be giving you more than a week at the very most unless you're near death. Respect the patience of myself and those who are waiting to post. The last version of this took a very long time due to unnecessary delays, rest assured that I will be much more stricter on this from now on.
Battlefield
The battle takes place in an uninhabited solar system analogous to our own. Contestants start on an Earth-like planet that will reform after being destroyed 100m away from each other.

They know of the stipulation (I.E. get the flag, bring it back) but not the exact location of the opposing flag itself inherently. The giant laser probably helps with that though

Ok capture the flag-nice touch -let's get the ball rolling- so my teams perk is 1 day prep. whole 24 hours, so with that let talk about Loki Clairvoyance for a minute.
In Mystery#92: It shows that even while Loki was imprisoned on Asgard, he could still spy on Thor who was on earth. The following scans show his clairvoyance is so potent, he can scan entire planets until he finds who or what he was looking for, Loki can even further scale his vision down to the micro-scale and perceive objects as tiny as DNA. And lastly, I want to point out that Loki's clairvoyance also extends to the temporal. By his own concentration, he can see a target's past just like he did he with Silver Surfer.

Lets talk about Leader planning. This can when planning involved, he can predict everything someone like Hulk will do, ensure that someone as strong as Doc Samson can't hurt him, even set traps in a military base, and with him and Loki, you they got some schemes coming. Side note teleportation as well.
Back to Loki Now what matters here in this section is that Loki can render himself and others invisible and has complete control of who can see him and who can't- Fore Fields he can use to protect himself or to secure an item like he did Mjolnir, he can teleport himself or others instantly - clones that even caused Surtur some complications. And he even fast enough to catch Silver Surfur who can go light years in seconds.
Now as far as Simon Baz he has the speed needed to retrieve the flag. Here you see he and Jessica Cruz flew around the world instantly twice in a row- his constructs can even kept the JL at bay for a bit. And Loki himself has blast power to, that took out the entire Thor corps. Now while Leader doesn't necessarily have their blast power, he is useful, he does have gas that render Hulk unconscious, Now Loki and Leader have psionic manipulation, that I have not used yet, waiting before I do that.

Plan to capture the flag- Given the 24 hours prep Loki and The Leader will use this time to spy on opposition seeing how they operate etc. Leader will set traps around the area near our flag, so they be some hardship trying to retrieve our flag. Loki will unleash 50 copies of himself to spam the battlefield to stall the opposition Loki will render himself and his two allies completely invisible and follow the Lazer to retrieve the opposing flag and given Loki instant transportation along with his speed plus Simon speed, they retrieve the flag and get back to their flag's location in no time. This is just capturing the flag given by our host, but if this comes to physical contact with Gah-Lak-Tus. Loki/Simon/Leader have the versatility to take em down.

Gah Lak Tus is a single intelligence spread across billions of drones. Each drone has the firepower of an armada, but the whole is much greater than the sum of its parts. The total size of Gah Lak Tus eclipses planets.

The sheer scale of Gah Lak Tus makes potency of attacks against it irrelevant. Regardless of how powerful an attack is, Gah Lak Tus can only lose the drones within an attack's range. Gah Lak Tus drones can operate in separate solar systems so drones can spread far and wide to keep safe.
As a collective, Gah Lak Tus can output immense firepower. Alien races preparing for Gah Lak Tus could only watch as each star in its path flickered out of existence.

Gah Lak Tus, like any species, evolves. Unbeholden to the laws of organic life, Gah Lak Tus adapts instantaneously to threats. Conversely any attack on Gah Lak Tus will make the rest of the fleet immune. Attacks that atomized small drones proved ineffective after a brief stage of adaption.

To supplement Gah Lak Tus I've brought in Reed Richards brainpower, the only thing that defeated him. In any universe Reed is a universally relevant intellect, and separates himself entirely from other comic super geniuses. Hank Pym is one of the most accomplished scientists in the Marvel Universe, only short of the likes of Doom and Reed and yet it would take Reed only weeks to overcome Pym's lifelong mastery in biochemistry.

To put it bluntly if Reed can overtake Pym's mastery of biochemistry in weeks, he can replicate essentially any scientific feat in Marvel. The only limiting factors for Reed Richards to build any piece of technology are physical ability, knowledge, and motivation. Gah Lak Tus has the physical ability, it can techno-morph entire cities to construct technology instantly.

Cataclysm: Ultimates #2
Gah Lak Tus also has the knowledge. Gah Lak Tus is a primordial being who has experienced each and every corner of the Ultimate Universe with a Jupiter sized supercomputer to store that information. Furthermore Gah Lak Tus merged with Galactus, giving it similar knowledge of the 616 universe. Gah Lak Tus currently knows more than Reed ever has.
Lastly Gah Lak Tus has the perfect motivation for a battle such as this. While Reed detests weapons, Gah Lak Tus worships them. Reed spends his time creating and testing wacky science devices, but Gah Lak Tus will spend all of its brainpower creating weapons. With Gah Lak Tus's engineering ability and knowledge base not only are Reed's inventions on the table for this battle, but every piece of tech ever made in the Ultimate and 616 universe. That's how smart Reed Richards is, and how capable of making tech Gah Lak Tus is.
To clarify this next section, I'm not saying Gah Lak Tus will recreate the exact same piece of technology as I posted. Instead I want to demonstrate the kinds of powers someone with Reed's brainpower and Gah Lak Tus's capabilities can replicate through technology. I'm simply posting these scans of technology already made by Maker, Reed, or someone with less brainpower than them to give my opponent something direct to respond to/refute and demonstrate how this technology can function. Anyone whose read a Fantastic Four comic knows Reed's is a plot device; he can make a machine to do anything.
Here are some of the abilities Gah Lak Tus can replicate with Reed's intelligence.
Basics
Invisibility: Capable of hiding from even Galactus's senses and scanners(Fantastic Four #518)
Shields: Shields stronger than Sue Storms and capable of withstanding multiple mjolnir blows at once. There are other shields more hax resistant I can mention if need be.(Secret Wars #4)
Speed: Maker is the technological master of the fourth dimension. Gah Lak Tus will use time manipulation to speed up his own time, making him as fast as the limits allow. This will also vastly amplify abilities such as technomorphing and self healing. (Ultimates vol 3 #4).
Information: Using the Bridge, Gah Lak Tus can draw upon all technology in the multiverse and see alternate versions of this battle to gain knowledge and follow a winning strategy(Fantastic Four: Dark Reign #2). All Reed's are destined to create the bridge, so with having Reed's brainpower this is the one machine I would say Gah Lak Tus will certainly create.
Planet Busting Weapons: Anti-Matter bombs, mini blackhole missiles, or something else entire(Avengers vol 4 #44)
Fodder: Gah Lak Tus can send out Silver Surfers that can reform from nearly any attack(Ultimate Extinction #3). These Surfers powers will be increased with tech such as the Children of Tomorrow suits that enabled fodder to beat high tiers like Black Bolt and Ultimate Thor(Secret Wars #1 & Ultimate Comics Ultimates #2). Gah Lak Tus will interface these suits with his own adaptive technology.
Next I want to introduce a few pieces of technology that act as specific win conditions against particularly resilient opponents.
Depowering and Draining:
Potentially the strongest area between 616 Reed and Maker. Reed finds draining so simple he was giving weapons to the US Army capable of draining Silver Surfer

Maker specializes in depowering. At one point Maker made a gun so powerful it depowered Franklin Richards with the Phoenix Force. The Ultimate Phoenix force is not as powerful as 616, but is still a primordial being that created life and could reshape planets at will.

Matter and Energy Manipulation:
The single greatest accomplishment of 1610 Reed Richards is the creation of the cosmic cube. Unlike mainline cosmic cubes, Reed explains this one explicitly converts energy into matter and matter into energy. Just to be safe I'll stay away from some of the more reality warpish feats this cube has, but bare minimum its energy and matter manipulation works on a planetary scale.

The issue with Loki's clairvoyance in this battle is that Loki has no knowledge of his opponents and therefore cannot apply his vision on Gah Lak Tus. Loki and Co go into this battle with as much knowledge as Gah Lak Tus.

The battlefield between the flags is so small that Gah Lak Tus drones will physically envelope all of it. Gah Lak Tus will physically feel any opponents, invisible or not. Nothing else here poses a threat to Gah Lak Tus.

Gah Lak Tus is technological in nature - gas is meaningless and undefined psionic attacks will have little effect on a being with a mind spread across billions of drones.

While Gah Lak Tus builds technology during prep, it will also fulfill its destiny of consuming the planet. Gah Lak Tus's consumption consists of four major steps

Ultimate Extinction #1
Gravity: Gah Lak Tus is so large that its mere presence will cause a gravity field so significant that buildings will rip apart. This means any technology brought to the battlefield or glass cannons will die from just Gah Lak Tus's presence.
Psychic Broadcasts: Gah Lak Tus bathes the planet in psychic broadcasts that force fear. Any characters without mental resistance will commit suicide or be incapacitated.
Viruses: Gah Lak Tus projects viruses over the planet including one that "slashes organic life to bits" and another that turns organic beings to machines on a subatomic level. This virus can take over beings with healing factors and adaptation abilities such as Ultimate Hulk near instantly.
Consumption: Gah Lak Tus will feed on the energies of the planet, amping itself and making the planet completely uninhabitable.
Your team will spawn and must immediately combat immense gravitational force, psychic attacks, viruses on a subatomic level, and a completely uninhabitable environment before they can even attempt to grab my flag. Furthermore Gah Lak Tus will use invisibility technology to make my flag and it's laser beam undetectable.
The centerpiece of my strategy is simple. Gah Lak Tus is the size of planets and there is only one km between the flags. Every inch of the battlefield will be occupied by a Gah Lak Tus drone with billions more waiting to rush inward. Your characters will have to fight through drones every inch to even find my flag while the battle will start with a line of Gah Lak Tus drones from your flag to mind. These drones can just pass the flag back and forth until it reaches my home base with no risk whatsoever.
