- Dracula is too high, so is Erzebeth, unless you're saying she has the full power of sekhmet without nerf which makes her a god.
- Sekhmet (the goddess) and death should be at the top, of They're gods and entities.
- Isaac is Shaky and depends on the amount of night creatures he has so I'm not commenting on that, he can be placed anywhere, same with the magician.
- Dracula should be a separate tier above the Squadwipers, and nerfed Erzebeth that fought the trio should be on the same tier as the squadwipers.
- Carmilla has no business being in the squadwipers, move her down by one, she did absolutely nothing the OG trio have not done or even surpassed.
- There's absolutely no reason that Alucard or Sypha should be a tier below Trevor, the show made it very clear that at the very least objectively they're all on the same level, that cannot be denied regardless of who you think is better, both versions of Alucard and Sypha should be in the "locked in" tier.
- Richter should go down a tier to be with his grandfather and maria, the people he actually fought on similar levels with, he's not as powerful as Alucard and he definitely doesn't have the feats everyone else in that tier has, he struggled with 2 night creatures meanwhile the others here were taking more down and he was losing to base night creature Drolta even in the finale after his "power-up" and could only land hits that left him bleeding and injured, and he still had help
- I don't know why the dragon is ranked separately, maria is the dragon, she controls it, it's not something that's a Friend, it's a servant, almost an extension of herself, she should be on the elite tier with Juste and Richter.
- The visitor should be at least in the elite tier too, no one was ever gonna kill it like Trevor could with the morningstar and he had to kill it multiple times, it would be a big problem to anyone else.
- I think Julia should be up a tier too at least, we didn't get to see much of her but it looked like she was gonna kill Olrox before Richter distracted her.
I actually don't think the "stronger" tier shouldn't exist - the characters there should either be higher or lower. Ratko can be in the lowest spot of the elite tier, given his accolades.
Isaac and base super Drolta should be lower in the "strong" tier, however the order is messed up.
Drolta should top that tier, and then Annette, the one that fought on par with Drolta and was even getting the advantage in S1E4 of nocturne, and then Vampire Tera (which should be combined with og Tera as there's no big feat difference) , and then Vampire general Cho ( with the mist ability which would be good against average physical fighter) and then Isaac, and powerless Richter and Juste, and then NC Edouard. Also is that other character I didn't mention striga?, if that then she should be Top 3 on this tier.
No notes on the "skilled" tier ( remove cho and Tera though )
If you mean with no night creatures then I can agree with hector and Emmanuel on "fodder" tier.
Not a really bad list imo, at most I'd place some characters a tier higher or lower, I do however think there are bigger gaps between some tiers than the others though.

Carmilla in elite?, she should be locked in, she took down about a dozen night creatures and was doing well against isaac and the other night creatures working together, I don't think anyone in the elite tier has shown feats on that level.

Dagon treated Sypha's flames as an annoyance, and warded off attacks from all 3 of the trio at the same time. Hurting Drolta wouldn't give Richter the AP to beat that level of durability

Carmilla stomped several night creatures, which is impressive since most unique night creatures can give Trevor, Sypha and Alucard trouble in 1v1s
Carmilla consistently killed unique night creatures either instantly or in like 2 seconds. 99% of the time night creatures give the trio trouble in 1v1s

Cho being in skilled tier with the other basic fighters when she should be in strong tier
Cho didn't do anything impressive even with her smoke gimmick, she got easily killed just like the other Generals
