As you can clearly see. Piccolo only used one hand to destroy the moon, but against Raditz he used both for even more firepower behind. And you see Piccolo screaming his longs out more against Raditz.

Meaning the blast against Raditz is more powerful than the one against the moon.

Wrong, the version of Piccolo that killed Radizt was weaker and injured and used two fingers while the one that destroyed the moon was even exhausted afterwards despite being in a healthy physical shape before he destroyed the moon.

That's an enormous stretch to assume that, because he used the same technique, he used it with the same power.

In the beginning, Roshi used his Kamehameha to destroy the Moon but he also destroyed Chichi's Castle with it. We don't assume that the Castle is as hard to destroy as the Moon, we assume that the Kamehameha was weaker.

All we know is Raditz is considerably more durable than our moon. I would call him large moon or moon+ I guess. Planet level start at a power level of 10,000.

I always thought it was the same technique and force he attacked raditz with that he destroyed the moon with. I don’t think two hands is really relevant to say “this attack was 2 x stronger” than the one that blew up moon. Gohan killed cell with one arm. Goku almost killed frieza with a one arm blast. Special beam cannon focuses energy in one arm / hand.
