Shocker's is much more impressive tbh, Diana used a shoulder-bash while Shocker only used a blow, not to mention that the bus is heavier and was moved around a lot more.

This kinda tank only weighed about 7.12 to 7.75 tonnes, whereas an average school bus weighs over 10 tonnes. Plus WW only staggered the tank, whereas Shocker sent the school bus flying. Shocker's AP feat here is superior and by far.
