I'm looking for a comic book

Sorry, but I saw it 37 years ago, so my memory may not be perfect. The image shows that Spider-Man is wearing a torn red and blue suit and all four of his limbs are chained. We see it from behind and many people surround it. Maybe the secret war, but I don't know. I saw it sometime around 1988.
