Hello! I just signed up to the site to try and help contribute and tag my own comics. I tried to add the Descender Compendium but got denied for having the wrong cover. I am not sure which cover to use. On my personal copy, comics.org, and leagueofcomicgeeks.com it has the cover that I used. Here are the links:

EDIT: The question has been answered in a PM. There are some slight differences between the image I provided and the comics.org/Kindle version (which use the correct image). I did not see this at all before it was pointed out to me.
