Increasing number of missing volume years

In the past few months, I've noticed an increase in the number of accepted new issue submissions that are missing most information, especially the release and/or volume years.

Has something changed with the acceptance criteria?

@akjmart2002: Nope, years and publishers should be still added. Some people are just lazy, and want quick points for new issues and move one, without adding anything to them.
