Inadvertent duplicate submission

I went to add a new Volume. I initially used the "Quickly add volumes" option, but as a new editor I decided that it would be better to use the "Create new volume page" option, as it allows for the addition of comments to support my request.

I therefore went to my wiki history and deleted my original submission https://comicvine.gamespot.com/wiki/moderation/2156229/. When I did this, the site returned a 404 not found page, which I assumed meant that my submission had been correctly deleted, and that the page showing my request no longer existed.

I then created submission https://comicvine.gamespot.com/wiki/moderation/2156235/ with the additional short description and commentary as to why I think it should be added.

However when going back to my Wiki Submissions page, both requests still seem to appear. It looks like the deletion of submission 2156229 did not work.

Please therefore ignore the duplicate submission.

Thankyou for the moderator who looked at this submission. They noted that they could not find the cover that I uploaded on the Dynamite website, and that they could only find the version published by Harris Comics. On further research It appears to me that this was one of the later trade paperbacks published by Harris in 2006 before the Vampirella brand was bought by Dynamite in 2010.

I also cannot find this version of the comic on the Dynamite website. I obtained the electronic version as part of a Humble Bundle. In this case it uses the same cover, except that the Harris logo has been replaced with the Dynamite logo. I have no idea why Dynamite do not offer this version for sale on their website. Indeed the Humble Bundle may be the only time this version has been offered for sale, as far as I know.

How do we account for essentially the same book being published by two different companies following the brand changing hands? Do these get submitted as two different volumes?
