Editing privileges suspended but only on the description

When I attempt to edit the description of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Eltarian War, it comes back that my editing privileges are suspended. However, I can edit other parts of the page.

Could one of the moderators look to see if the page somehow has some corruption?

@henryjb99: Some pages have broken links or non-standard character in them and gives an error which is weirdly spelt out as you are banned. Which page was it? I can probably fix it make it editable again.
