Honestly, Peter and Sylar at their strongest were basically gods. Plus, they should both be able to absorb whatever abilities Amazo has when they come in contact with him. With those powers, plus the ones they already have( which has to include energy manipulation, healing factor, fire and ice manipulation, nuclear blasts, super speed, super strength, telepathy, telekinesis, and many others) they should win. I say they, plus Mimic , win both fights.

Peter has Hiro's Time Manipulation. Amazo won't have time to copy them before Peter blasts him into scrap.

Alright, to make it more clear. Amazo has only the ablities listed, and can't copy. The rest can't copy, except for for mimic who can only pick five powers and I will list what powers he will posses.   Teleknisis-Sylar Superboy-Amazo Precognition-Sylar Phazing-Peter Invisiblity-Peter  If you think this might be a stomp in the teams favor I may just have to add some to make it fair.  "

I was just thinking about that as well. If I was to add kid flash to the power list that may help. Not sure... "

all it will do is make him move at normal speeds if he was moving when peter freezes time, or still have him frozen if he isn't using the super speed. "
