Flashy Flash is consistently faster than Flash, and he's far too durable. He barely tanked strikes from both Platinum Sperm and Garou and exerted enough force to fight them.
In character? FF is much stronger and more durable than Barry, and Flash doesn't usually use a lot of speed on a consistent basis, which would make this a piece of cake for Flashy.
If Barry was bloodlusted it would go the other way tho
