Could Dark Willow(Buffy) fight Wanda(MCU)?

These two characters are quite similar(dead love interest, turns evil, actor has red hair for role) in my opinion, but for simplicity, I am putting 2002 Dark Willow against 2022 Wanda as those are the incarnations of the characters.
