Organic so they don't just see us as organic fodder. With Organic beings at worst they'll see us as delicious packs of nutrients to consume.

Organic. Robotic makes me nervous. Can't be sure that their artificial intelligence has developed empathy or altruism or just survival. I'd think the robots would be more likely to want to wipe us out than help us.

Organic, already all scientist who seek to develop the artificial intelligence should be stoped and if they offer resistance, KILLED.

The world should come to an agreement and develope an international agency devoted to the sole purpose to stop people who develop the AI, such an entity could drive out of control, kill us and expand through the universe consuming suns and other types of energy like a cosmic virus.

It could not only kill us, but possibly other living organisms outside our planet, people who are behind the artificial intelligence, are human beings who can't endure the simple fact that they feel limited due to its organic limits, they are human beings with low appreciation toward the human race and their deepest desires is not to help humanity with such a thing, but replace humanity, but it's a very subconscious thing they are not aware of, frustration could trigger progress, but it also blinds the brightest people.

PS:

If we are invaded by robotic aliens and then they kill us, it's because their creators failed to do what I'm proposing right now.

A primitive AI is okay, but a self-aware AI is DEATH and EXTINCTION not only for us, but other possible living beings outside our planet, our solar system and even within our galaxy, so we can't risk that.

I feel as if Organic aliens are about guaranteed to bring about some sort of infection that we aren't equipped to deal with. The gamble between if we're carrying something comparatively more deadly for them isn't an ideal one.
