@killerz: We're past the voting deadline, and we have a tie between Magistros and Blackdog2009. You want to break it?

Man... I thought someone might go for the, "I like the quirky simplicity" vote, and at least throw me a bone. <le sigh> ...Nah, I'm playing guys. I enjoy entering these sometimes, even though my art skills aren't strong. This was fun. :)

@cbishop: Bone tossed! Keep after it, my friend. Art is a journey, after all, and we are all still WIP in that regard.

As for the tie-breaker, I think that falls to @mrfuzzynutz , but if he's not around, whatever the mods decide is fine by me.

I'll get the new Showdown challenge up in the next day or so. Get your pencils/brushes/ink pens/chalk/crayons/digital pens or stylus/markers/spray guns, etc., ready.

Seems to me every tie I get the short end of the stick lol. I'm starting to see a pattern here.

Is all good but let's keep a level of fairness here. If a deadline is announced, then no more votes should be allowed.

I propose when there's a tie, the third-place participant get dibs on calling the next contest.

Thanks! I really liked your Wonder Woman robot reveal as well. Reminds me of the classic episodes from the Bionic Woman and her battles with the Fembots. Ahhhh, the nostalgia! I miss the Six Million Dollar Man and the Bionic Woman shows.

I totally appreciate your concerns about voting tabulation and tie-breakers. I honestly don't know what the numbers looked like at the deadline (February 3rd, 6PM EST), but I'm happy to honor whatever the results were at that time and/or set aside the current "final" tally in the interest of fairness.

My only concern is that we keep this great thing that we got going and get the next Show-Off up and running asap. There are so many great contributors here and I love seeing everyone's ideas for these challenges.

I'll probably do a simple Fantastic Four-based challenge next (in light of the newly released movie trailer) but let me know if you have an idea for a challenge that you'd like to see.
