Witchy Vibes- COLORS

I drew this many years ago. The purpose was a flyer for a Halloween Party.

Due to family priorities I havent been drawing in quite a while and decided to restart by using this old drawing as a template.

The goal was to improve on it without changing much on the composition.

I love this. The original is already a very impressive piece, and it's fascinating to see how your technical skills have evolved 🙂

Life was complicated for the past several years but things are going ok at the moment. Thats why Im hoping my art becomes my focus for the months ahead, unfinished plans need to be completed. :)

Thanks for stopping by. Glad you liked this. Took a while for me to respond. Was in the middle of moving these past few weeks. Hopefully I can get settled soon to start working on some new pieces. Lots percolating not enough time at the moment.

They all look great. I love the pudgy lil' pumpkin dude. I think it's more of a personal preference but I actually think I prefer the style of the original better. It's just got a kinda punkier vibe to me. But what matters is that you redrew your work in a way which you wanted to see.

Thanks Mike, the original was in pen and ink. I rarely do that anymore so the edgier, or as you say punkier vibe may be more prominent, I tend to go for a more refined approach to my work at the moment. Its subjective and Im glad either way you liked one of the versions. :D
